Police have arrested a man in Ramsey after a 63-year-old man was assaulted earlier today.
It happened at around 1.30pm in Tower Street - officers were alerted by a passer-by as Inspector Andy Kneen explains:
The man is now in custody.
Officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time to contact them so they can properly establish what happened.
